Refund Policy
Boost Barn will accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges at their discretion for most items that are brand new in the box or original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, and will be subject to a restocking fee which will vary depending on the product (5%-30%). Products with a shorter return or exchange period will be indicated on the product page or confirmation email. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns, the cost of shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer. Special order items do not apply and will be final sale only. All Seibon products, all seats (any brand), and all wheels (any brand) are final sale unless otherwise indicated by Boost Barn. All refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned items to ensure they are unopened and unused. Cancellations subject to minimum 5% fee unless otherwise noted by Boost Barn.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on open box, clearance, over-stock, or special order items.
If any parts are damaged, damaged in shipping, defective, or have any other issues it is the customer/client's responsibility to inform Boost Barn immediately upon receiving the product to begin any manufacturer's warranty or shipping insurance claim in a timely manner. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or an insurance claim may not be accepted (at insurer's discretion after that up to 5 days). Insurance and any shipment/content damage claims will be guaranteed denied if shipment damage is not reported within 5 days of delivery. Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, after that Boost Barn is no longer responsible for exchange or incorrect item. For shipping damage you must keep any boxes/packaging and include pictures of that and the damaged product for the claim.
